All sales of consultation sessions are final. NO REFUNDS. For consultation sales, you will be charged at the time of purchase. Dr. Steiner has a no show/cancellation policy for consultation sessions; you must notify Dr. Steiner within 24 hours of your appointment time to cancel in order to preserve your session without using your session credit. If you cancel with greater than 24 hours notice, the session credit will be applied to your next scheduled session.
If you fail to present for your consultation session as scheduled, or if you fail to notify Dr. Steiner of your need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your session credit will be applied. You will not be refunded for consultation sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or that you failed to attend.
